    The Institute for Economic Development will provide an Emergency Planning Training Program targeted to specific types of emergencies small businesses, including the health care industry are likely to experience throughout its geographically diverse South-West Texas Border SBDC Network service area. The Program will consist of developing training and resource materials appropriate to each area, recruiting small business owner/manager trainees, conducting and evaluating training and providing follow up to determine the effectiveness of the training.
